What is the cancellation policy of Manav Rachna True Spirit Shop?

Cancellation before Shipment: If you want to cancel your order or any item(s) before they have been picked up from our store, please reach out to our customer support team at truespiritshop@mrvpl.in or reach us by calling +91 956 0552 588 during our operating hours, from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

If you need to cancel your order in such situations, we will promptly process your cancellation request. Initiate the refund, within 48 to 72 business hours.

Cancellation after Pickup: Please note that once an order has been picked up from our store we are unable to process any cancellation requests. Our store does not offer delivery services so all items must be physically collected from our location.

Are there Any Cancellation Charges?

If your order hasn't been collected from our store there won't be any fees for cancelling it. However, once your order has been picked up cancellation won't be possible.
